Listing in the www.eyeballnz.com website is subject to the following terms and conditions.  Please read the following terms carefully as submission of an advertisement to eyeballnz.com site means that you agree to them. If you have any questions regarding any of the matters referred to on this page please email info@eyeballnz.com

1. Go Pix Ltd. trading as eyeballnz.com (hereafter referred to as the publisher), reserves the right to reject any listing that may be deemed objectionable, misleading or which does not comply with the publisher's requirements.
2. An advertisement paid for through a credit card transaction may be cancelled and refunded within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase.  Refunds must be requested in writing or by email to sales@eyeballnz.com and will only be refunded to the original credit card. Purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. Every effort will be made to ensure submitted advertising listings are published immediately on receipt of payment, or by the scheduled agreed start date of the advertisement, however, the publisher accepts no liability for any loss occasioned by omission, error or misplacement of listings.
4. The advertiser can amend their listing at any time by accessing their listing through their personal log in.
5. Directory listings are as described on the ‘Listings Opportunities – What Is On Offer? Pages and do not include any additional services.
6. Directory listings will appear in one category only unless multiple listings are purchased.
7. The advertiser warrants the accuracy of the material submitted as part of this contract.  This warranty includes text and/or images – both shall be fair, up to date and accurate description of the advertised product or service.
8. The advertiser indemnifies the publisher against all forms of action proceedings (whether threatened or issued) demands, costs, charges and expenses which the publisher may howsoever incur or be subject to or suffer by any reason of the publication of the advertisement
9. The advertiser agrees that the publisher is to have non-exclusive, world-wide and royalty free distribution rights to all material submitted as part of this contract.
10. This contract is deemed by both parties to have been made in Auckland, New Zealand.  Both parties further agree that any proceedings in respect of any cause of action arising hereunder shall be instituted under New Zealand Law.

Content contributor’s Licence Agreement

This licence agreement applies to all content (e.g. film or video footage, still photography, artistic works, music, spoken word) that you upload to this website. Once you agree to this licence, all future content which you upload will be covered by this one agreement and you won’t have to 'agree again'

Agreement

1. In this licence agreement ‘I’ refers to the uploader of the content and to the person who agrees to this licence agreement. The person who uploads and the person who agrees must be the same person. In this licence agreement that person is also called the Contributor.
2. In this licence agreement the word ‘Content’ refers to all content which the Contributor uploads to this website either on the day they agree to this licence agreement or later.
